The Pursuit of Peace: Selection of Political Works for Translation under the Reformist Administration in Iran

چکیده

مقالۀ‌ حاضر در صدد است تا مشخص کند چه آثار سیاسی در مورد گفتمان سیاست خارجی اصلاح‌طلب در دوره اطلاح‌طلبی در ایران به فارسی ترجمه شدند و چرا این آثار برای ترجمه انتخاب شدند. به‏‌عنوان تحقیقی تاریخی و پیکره-محور، پژوهش حاضر بر فاصله‌ زمانی بین 2001 تا انتهای دولت اصلاح‌طلب (03/08/2005) متمرکز شد. آثار سیاسی در مورد روابط بین‌الملل که برای اولین بار در این دوره چاپ شده بودند، از یک پایگاه اینترنتی گردآوری شدند. از طریق تحقیق کتابخانه‌ای و آرشیوی، پیکرۀ مطالب پیرامتنی در مورد هر یک از ترجمه‌ها جمع‌آوری شد. سپس گفتگوی میان تمدنها و تنش‌زدایی، به‏‌عنوان دو ویژگی منحصربه‌فرد سیاست خارجی اصلاح‌طلب، در پیکره موردنظر ردیابی شدند. از میان 74 ترجمه چاپ اول، مشخص شد که دو و نه ترجمه به ترتیب گفتگوی میان تمدنها و تنش‌زدایی را در مطالب پیرامتنی خود بازتولید کرده بودند، که می‏‌تواند توضیحی برای علت انتخاب این آثار برای ترجمه باشد. شواهد پیرامتنی کافی در مورد زمینه موضوعی, شرایط چاپ و تولید و ویژگی‌های سیاسی این ترجمه‌ها ارائه شد. در نهایت، انتخاب متون سیاسی برای ترجمه به‏‌عنوان یک تصمیم سیاسی و ارتباط بین ترجمه و سیاست در چارچوب نظریه‌ نظام‌های اجتماعی لومان مورد بحث قرار گرفتند.
